Informazioni sulla spedizione
Tutte le spedizioni vengono effettuate tramite corriere UPS e il costo è calcolato in base alla disponibilità dell’area geografica in cui vengono spedite le merci. Questo per offrire ai nostri clienti il miglior servizio disponibile.
Tutti i prodotti sono consegnati gratuitamente e il costo di spedizione è calcolato in precedenza al momento dell’ordine e addebitato sulla fattura (esclusi eventuali dazi doganali applicati dalle dogane in tutti i paesi al di fuori della comunità economica europea – vedere il punto 11)
Quando la merce viene consegnata, il cliente è tenuto a verificare che tutti i pacchi non siano danneggiati e che il numero totale sia corretto come specificato sul documento di spedizione prima di firmarlo. In caso di discrepanza di quantità o presenza di merci danneggiate, queste devono essere immediatamente comunicate per iscritto sul documento di trasporto. Dovrebbe anche essere notificato a T.C.A. Srl direttamente entro 7 giorni per posta raccomandata.
I costi di spedizione dipendono molto dalla zona geografica in cui vengono spediti i prodotti. I nostri prezzi sono il risultato di negoziazioni efficaci con il corriere UPS, quindi i prezzi applicati sono molto competitivi a livello mondiale. Ovviamente il costo totale è determinato dal suo peso volumetrico, quindi più alto è l’ordine e minore è l’incidenza dei costi di spedizione sul valore totale dell’ordine. Inoltre, ogni mese il supplemento carburante varia e quindi il costo di spedizione dello stesso ordine può variare da un mese all’altro.
Pertanto, consigliamo a tutti i nostri clienti di considerare anche l’idea di fare un ordine collettivo tra amici per risparmiare sui costi di spedizione.
Dazi doganali
Il pagamento di eventuali dazi doganali deve essere regolato direttamente dal cliente al momento della consegna del pacco. Questo importo è calcolato direttamente dalla dogana in base alla legislazione vigente nel paese di importazione.
Per T.C.A. Srl non è possibile sapere in anticipo in quali paesi vengono applicati i dazi doganali o il loro ammontare relativo. Queste informazioni saranno fornite direttamente dal corriere quando le merci raggiungono la loro destinazione.
Nel caso in cui il cliente si rifiuti di pagare le spese doganali e quindi rifiuti la consegna della spedizione, il pacco viene restituito a T.C.A. S.r.l. queste spese doganali e le spese di spedizione verranno detratte dall’importo totale dell’ordine e solo la differenza verrà rimborsata al cliente.

Shipping information
All shipments are made through UPS courier and the cost is calculated on the availability of the geographical area where the goods are shipped. This chose is to offer to customers the best service avaible.
All goods are delivered free of charge, and shipping cost is previously calculated when ordering and charged on the invoice.(excluded any eventual customs duties applied by customs in all countries outside the european economical community – see point 11)
When the goods are delivered the customer is liable for checking that all packages are undamaged and the total number is correct as specified on the shipping document before signing it for. In case of any discrepancy of quantity or in presence of damaged goods, this should be notified immediately in written on the shipping document. T.C.A. S.r.l. should also be notified directly within 7 days by registered mail.
Shipping cost depends very much on geographical area where the goods are shipped. Our prices are the results of effective negotiations with UPS courier, therefore the prices applied are very much competitive at worldwide level. Obviously the total cost is effected by its volumetric weight, therefore the more is ordered and the less is the incidence of shipping cost on the total value of the order. Moreover, each month the fuel surcharge varies and therefore the cost of shipping the same order may vary from one month to another.
Therefore, we do suggest to all our customers to consider also the idea of making a collective order amongst a few friends to save on shipping cost.
Customs duties
Payment of any eventual customs duties has to be settled directly by the customer when the parcel is delivered. This amount is calculated directly by customs according to the current law of the importing country.
T.C.A. S.r.l. cannot possibly know in advance in which country customs duties are applied, or their relative amount. This information will be given directly by the courier when the goods reach their destination.
In case the customer refuses to pay for customs charges and therefore refuses the delivery of shipment, these customs charges and shipping cost to return the parcel to T.C.A. S.r.l. Will be deducted from the total amount of the order, and solely the difference will be refunded to the customer.
