The company
The TCA was born in Milan in 1982.
We are a family-run company that has been able to develop concretely demonstrating its technical validity and competence, which are the result of a constant application, developing a high-level production technology destined to produce of third party products and glow plugs and accessories for dynamic modelling as producers in the sector.
The company is located in Trezzano Sul Naviglio near Milan on a 500 square meters area. We have the advanced technology machineries suitable to support any specific needs of our activity.
The aim of the company is to produce top quality materials and cope the needs of our customers.

Over the years we have focused the investment in the development of machining to progressively improve the quality of production and our products for dynamic modelling.
We have realized ourself specific equipments of production and assembly of our materials. This operative method has allowed us to be recognized in the world market as a company capable of combining high quality and competitiveness.

WHAT WE OFFER
TCA specializes in the production of metal elements in iron, aluminium, copper, brass and stainless steel. The company executes the whole production cycle from the design to the finished product, managing all the processes.
We can achieve 2D/3D design with specific drawing programs.
Any molds are made in collaboration with specialized companies each in a particular typology (step molds, block molds, and deep molding)
The maintenance and any necessary modifications are carried out inside the company in our tooling.
We have the possibility to customize our articles and to develop new ones. In order to avoid defects we submit at specific controls each single piece of the production.
We cooperate with a group of expert pilots to carry out dynamic tests for each single item we produce.
The Plugs are fully produced within our company so we have under control all the production phases and we can guarantee the top quality and reliability. The filament used is an alloy with a special composition made by three metals (platinum/rhodium/iridium) and it ensures the best yield and resistance.
These features make our candles the best compromise between performance and cost and offering added value to the use of your engines.
