The blanking and molding are carried out with presses up to 100 tons.Blanking is enslaved by an automatic line that performs / straightens with precision for tapes up to 350 mm wide and 3 mm thick.
The molds are realized in collaboration with specialized companies, each one in a particular typology (step cutting, block, and deep molding) the maintenance and the eventual modifications are carried out in the internal tooling of our Company.
